What’s included in an End of Lease clean?

A deep clean of all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchen, cupboards, windows, oven, and wall spot cleaning. We also follow real estate checklists if provided.
We follow industry standards to meet agent requirements. While we can’t guarantee bond return (due to property condition), we’ll address any cleaning-related issues within 48–72 hours if notified promptly.
2-bedroom unit: 4–6 hours. Larger homes: up to a full day.
Oven cleaning is included. Fridge cleaning can be added on request (must be emptied & defrosted first).

Our Bond Back Guarantee

We stand behind our work. With our 5 Business Day Bond Back Guarantee, if your real estate agent or landlord raises any cleaning concerns within 5 business days of your service, we’ll return and re-clean the disputed areas free of charge (provided we are given access to the property).

If your property manager isn’t satisfied, we return within 72 hours for a free re-clean. Bond Back Guarantee valid for 5 business days from service completion.
