Cost was a lot more than the original quote which we've learned is common practice for vacate cleaners. To give the very base rate then a higher quote in person when they've seen the property. We follow industry standards to meet agent requirements. While we can’t guarantee bond return (due to property condition), we’ll address any cleaning-related issues within 48–72 hours if notified promptly.

How long does it take?

2-bedroom unit: 4–6 hours. Larger homes: up to a full day.

Do you clean ovens & fridges?

Oven cleaning is included. Fridge cleaning can be added on request (must be emptied & defrosted first).
