General Questions

Booking is easy! You can request a quote online, fill out our booking form, or call us on 0412 367 096

We service all of Melbourne, including the Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas
Yes – all our cleaners are fully insured, including public liability insurance.
No, many clients provide access via key or lockbox so we can clean while you’re out.
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations.
Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, or cash on completion.

End of Lease / Vacate / Move In & Move Out

A deep clean of all rooms, including bathrooms, kitchen, cupboards, windows, oven, and wall spot cleaning. We also follow real estate checklists if provided.
We follow industry standards to meet agent requirements. While we can’t guarantee bond return (due to property condition), we’ll address any cleaning-related issues within 48–72 hours if notified promptly.
2-bedroom unit: 4–6 hours. Larger homes: up to a full day.
Oven cleaning is included. Fridge cleaning can be added on request (must be emptied & defrosted first).

Regular, Deep & Once-Off Cleaning

Regular: Weekly/fortnightly upkeep (vacuum, mop, bathrooms, kitchen).

Once-Off: One-time refresh, great before/after events.

Deep: Intensive cleaning including skirting boards, fixtures & under furniture.

Yes – we bring all products and equipment. If you prefer specific products, let us know.
Absolutely! Tell us your priorities and we’ll tailor the service to your needs.

Specialised Cleaning Services

Hot water extraction removes dirt, stains, allergens & odours, leaving fibres refreshed.
Yes – internal & external windows, frames & sills for a streak-free finish.
Driveways, pathways, patios & other outdoor hard surfaces – removing dirt, mould, oil & stains.

Pricing & Quotes

Pricing depends on service type, property size, condition & any extras requested.

Yes – free, no-obligation quotes. Larger jobs may require a quick on-site visit.
