What carpet steam cleaning includes
Hot-water extraction lifts soil from the pile, then sanitises and deodorises. The equipment is portable, so properties involving several flights of stairs are assessed before a booking is confirmed.

Drying times and stain limits
Typical drying time is about 6 to 8 hours, depending on ventilation, weather, carpet type and conditions. Permanent stains cannot be guaranteed to disappear.

Materials we do not clean
Leather, suede, silk, velvet, dry-clean-only fabrics and other delicate materials are excluded.

Can you steam clean carpets in Melbourne apartments?
We use portable hot-water extraction equipment and assess apartment access before confirming a booking. Will steam cleaning remove every stain?
No. We assess visible marks before cleaning, but permanent staining and pre-existing damage may remain. Hot-water extraction cleans the carpet; it cannot restore damaged fibres.
