Is carpet steam cleaning included?
You can request end-of-lease cleaning and carpet steam cleaning together in one written quotation. Carpet steam cleaning is separately priced unless expressly included in your accepted scope. It starts at $49.50 per standard room of approximately 10–15 square metres, with a three-room minimum of $148.50 including GST. Do you pressure wash outdoor areas?
Pressure washing is not part of the standard vacate clean. We can assess suitable garage floors and paved areas separately after reviewing the surface, drainage and access. See our residential pressure washing scope.
Are oven and window cleaning included?
The standard scope includes oven deep cleaning and internal windows, frames and tracks. External windows and additional appliances are separately quoted. Your accepted quotation confirms the property-specific scope.
How long does end-of-lease cleaning take?
There is no single duration for every property. The bedroom and bathroom count, condition, agreed extras and access affect the time needed. Send photos and your inspection or key-return deadline when requesting a quote, and ask for an estimated duration before booking. Arrange cleaning after the property is emptied. If carpet steam cleaning is included in your accepted quote, allow around 6–8 hours for carpet drying, depending on ventilation, weather and carpet conditions.
Can you clean on the same day?
We accept same-day and last-minute enquiries across Melbourne, subject to availability, travel and the work required. Call with your suburb, property size and handover deadline. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Can a property manager organise the clean?
Property managers, rental providers and renters can request a quotation for a vacant residential property. Send the inspection checklist, condition photos, handover deadline and any carpet requirements. Before booking, confirm who approves the scope, arranges keys and parking, and receives the invoice. Availability and any extra work are confirmed in writing.
Do I need to stay at the property?
