Agreement between Pure Spotless Cleaning Solutions and the Client

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Pure Spotless Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website.

Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the size and condition of the property. Prices may be adjusted upon inspection or if additional services are requested.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Homes with pets.
  • Properties requiring extensive cleaning due to neglect.
  • Travel expenses for key collection/return.
  • Properties with extra kitchens, bathrooms, or separate living spaces.

Carpet Steam Cleaning:

Our standard carpet steam cleaning covers general dirt and spills. Heavily soiled carpets may incur additional charges. While we strive for the best results, some stains may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed for removal.

Exclusions (End of Lease Cleaning)

The following are not included in our standard end-of-lease cleaning but can be added for an extra fee:

  • Full wall washing and exterior window cleaning.
  • Balcony, blinds, and appliance (white goods) cleaning.
  • Mould, grout, or high-pressure cleaning.
  • Rubbish or personal item removal.

General Requirements

  • Client must provide access to electricity and water. Without these utilities, our bond guarantee is void.
  • Properties should be fully vacated before cleaning. If not, we may be unable to complete the service as required.

Bond Back Guarantee

  • If any area does not meet real estate standards, we will return to re-clean those specific areas at no extra cost.
  • The client must notify us within 3 business days, providing photos and a detailed list of issues.
  • The bond guarantee is valid for 7 days after the service date.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before services commence.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa, and MasterCard (credit card payments incur a surcharge).
  • A 10% GST applies to all services. A tax invoice will be issued after payment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free if done at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of the booking may incur a fee.
  • Pure Spotless Cleaning Solutions may cancel a booking due to unforeseen property conditions, safety concerns, or lack of access. In such cases, a $99 fee may apply.

Key Pickup & Drop-off

  • A key collection and return service is available for an additional $40 fee.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Informing us of any known hazards on the property.
  • Providing parking access. If only paid parking is available, the cost is the client’s responsibility.
  • Removing heavy furniture or personal items. We do not move heavy items.
  • Vacating the property during the cleaning and inspection process to ensure the best result and a smoother bond return.
