Can I book carpet cleaning for only one or two rooms?

Tell us the actual room count when you enquire. Our three-room minimum applies, so one or two standard rooms should not be budgeted at just $49.50 or $99. The minimum starting total is $148.50 including GST; we assess room size, condition and access before confirming your quotation.

Does steam cleaning remove every carpet stain?

No. Hot-water extraction cleans the carpet, but permanent staining, discolouration and damaged fibres may remain.
