Cost was a lot more than the original quote which we've learned is common practice for vacate cleaners. To give the very base rate then a higher quote in person when they've seen the property. If your property manager identifies an eligible cleaning issue within our agreed scope, notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of completion with their report or clear photographs. We aim to arrange a free re-clean within 3 business days after evidence and access are arranged, subject to availability.

This is a re-clean guarantee, not a money-back guarantee or a promise of bond release. The property must remain vacant and unaffected by occupants, trades or other cleaners. Damage, maintenance and excluded items are not covered. Read the full terms.

When should I book my end-of-lease clean?

Request your quote once you know your moving date. Plan the clean after furniture and belongings are removed, and allow time before your key-return or inspection deadline. We confirm availability directly with you. For an urgent clean, call us.

Are the displayed prices the final price?

The displayed price applies when your empty property matches the selected size, standard condition, standard inclusions and straightforward access. If additional work is needed, we explain it and agree the total with you before cleaning begins. Prices include GST.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?

No. Carpet steam cleaning is quoted separately. Mention the number of carpeted rooms and any other extras in your enquiry so we can quote the complete job.

What needs to be ready before you arrive?

The property must be empty before cleaning begins. Tell us how keys and access will be arranged, where the team can park, and whether electricity and water are available. Include your key-return or inspection deadline.

Does submitting the form book a cleaner?

No. It sends a quotation request. We review the details and confirm the quotation and arrival arrangements directly with you.
