Pressure Cleaning Garage Floors and Pavers: What to Check Before Booking
Pure Spotless Cleaning · Melbourne residential cleaning
A pressure-cleaning quote starts with the surface, its condition and where the water can go. Pure Spotless Cleaning assesses suitable residential garage floors and pavers across Melbourne. View our garage floor and paver pressure cleaning service for inclusions, exclusions and quotation details. Photos of the whole area and close-ups of any damage help us decide whether the job is within our scope before a booking is confirmed.
Need a garage floor or paved area assessed? Send your suburb, approximate area, surface photos and drainage details. We confirm suitability, availability and the written price before booking.
Start with the surface and its condition
Tell us what the surface is made from and whether it is painted, coated or sealed. If you are unsure, say so. Send close-up photos of cracks, loose sections, worn coatings and previous repairs, plus a wider photo showing the area around them.
Not every hard surface is suitable for pressure cleaning. We exclude decking and surfaces that are painted, coated, loose, cracked, fragile or otherwise at risk of damage. Suspected asbestos-containing materials, unsafe electrical areas and jobs with unacceptable runoff risks are also outside our scope.
Preparing an empty garage floor
The garage needs to be cleared of vehicles, boxes, loose belongings and other obstructions before the agreed work begins. Identify anything fixed in place so the accessible area can be assessed. Do not assume the cleaning team will move stored items as part of the booking.
- Send photos showing the floor and garage entrance.
- Point out existing damage, coatings and stains.
- Confirm access to a suitable water supply.
- Show where water drains and any adjoining indoor areas.
- Raise electrical or access concerns before the appointment.
Staining may remain after cleaning. Share photos of oil marks and other discolouration so we can discuss likely limitations; we do not guarantee complete stain removal.
What we assess on pavers
Pavers are assessed before we agree to clean them. Their stability, condition, joints, surrounding surfaces and drainage all matter. Tell us about loose pavers or earlier repairs and show any areas where water collects.
Our pressure-cleaning service does not include re-sanding or sealing. If either is needed, it requires separate arrangements. A driveway or path is considered only where its surface and condition are suitable for our agreed scope.
Water supply, drainage and access
A usable water supply is required. Include a photo of the access route and explain any gates, narrow passages or building restrictions. Drainage and runoff must be assessed before work proceeds; cleaning should not be booked on the assumption that dirty water can simply run into any nearby drain.
If the area has electrical fittings, fragile adjoining materials or any other concern, flag it in the quote request. The team may need more information or may decline a surface that cannot be cleaned appropriately.
What to include in your quote request
Send your Melbourne location, approximate area size, surface details, wide and close-up photos, water-supply information and preferred date. We will confirm the scope and any limitations before work begins.
For a move-out booking, describe pressure cleaning separately from your end-of-lease clean so the exterior or garage work can be assessed and quoted clearly.
Garage floor and paver cleaning questions
How much does garage floor pressure cleaning cost in Melbourne?
Pure Spotless Cleaning quotes each garage floor or paved area individually. We do not publish a flat garage price or a square-metre rate: surface condition, area, access, water supply and drainage affect whether we can accept the work and what it costs. Send approximate length and width, wide photographs and close-ups of damage or staining for a written quotation.
Does garage floor cleaning include clearing stored furniture and rubbish?
No. The garage floor must be empty before the pressure-cleaning appointment. If you need household items removed first, request a separate residential rubbish and furniture removal quotation. Photograph every item and the access route. Acceptance, timing and the price for each service must be confirmed before booking.
Will pressure cleaning remove garage oil stains or restore paver joints?
We cannot guarantee complete removal of oil marks or other staining. Tell us how long a mark has been present, if known, and about previous treatments. Pressure cleaning also does not include paver re-sanding, sealing or repairs. We assess the surface before accepting the work and explain the limits in the agreed scope.
Send the details for a pressure-cleaning quote
Include your Melbourne suburb, preferred date, approximate area, photographs of the surface and access, and water-supply and drainage details. For a garage, confirm that the floor will be empty. We assess suitability and confirm the written scope and price before a booking is made.
